Terms of Service

When purchasing a product, you automatically agree to our Terms of Service on Fluxy. By making a purchase, you are supporting the maintenance of our servers. It is essential that you fulfill your obligation by carefully reading and understanding these Terms of Service. By doing so, you acknowledge and accept these terms without exception.

Due to the digital and intangible nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Please note that Fluxy Discord Nitro services come with a 10-minute warranty period exclusively covering replacements; refunds are not applicable. Failure to follow the payment method instructions (for example, sending payments via 'Goods and Services') will result in NO REFUND and NO PRODUCT.

The goods and products offered by our store are intended solely for educational and promotional purposes. They reflect reality and should not be used for any other purpose. No illegal substances are implied or intended. Fluxy, along with all affiliated parties, disclaims any liability associated with the buyer's use of these products.

Fluxy will never share any private information obtained through purchases. Not only is this illegal, but we also emphasize this in our support tickets and TOS. Any user found sharing others' private information will be permanently banned and ineligible to purchase products from us ever again.

Regarding revocations, as these are controlled by Discord itself, we are unable to provide refunds or warranties. Reselling can occur, which means delivery may take time. If we experience issues or get scammed by a supplier, we cannot offer compensation or help. We appreciate your understanding.

Revoke = Replace/Refund (Proper proof is required, such as a screen recording while claiming the code, email screenshots, etc.). Replacement is only possible if you provide a continuous screen recording starting from the exact moment we drop the Nitro. You must navigate to the subscription page during the recording and display your account information, including your username. Please note: strictly NO refunds during revoke waves!

If you spam us, annoy us, or excessively complain, you will not receive your product and may be banned. Please keep in mind that our staff have lives outside of this shop as well. Treat our team with respect.
